The Catholic University Board of Trustees recently added five new members:

Martin headshot Rashaun Martin, B.A. 2001, former president of the Catholic University Alumni Association 
Barron headshot His Excellency Bishop Robert Barron, Ph.B. 1981, M.A. 1982, bishop of the Diocese of Winona–Rochester in Minnesota.

His Excellency John Barres, DD, STD, JCL 1989, bishop of Rockville Center in New York, who has served as a trustee on the board since 2019, was also named a bishop fellow. 

The fellows include trustees from four groups: Cardinal fellows, which includes all cardinals serving as diocesan bishops in the United States; four bishop fellows (diocesan bishops appointed by the fellows); ex officio fellows, who include the chairman of the Board; the president of the University; the chancellor of the University; the president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops; and appointed fellows (two laypersons) from the Board of Trustees.
