About Professor Roy Littlefield
Over the last 40 years, Professor Roy Littlefield has played a pivotal role in establishing the Metro School's legacy. Dr. Littlefield is recognized by students, alumni, and peers for his dedication and enthusiasm for adult education.
A former student referred to Dr. Littlefield as, “generous and knowledgeable.” Boahemaa Nketia, B.A.I.S. ’17 described the professor's style of teaching as, “Empowering… His selfless love, dedication, and passion of service have changed the lives of so many.” During his time as Associate Director of Admissions for the Metro School and a former student, Joe McDonald, B.A.I.S. ’09, added that Dr. Littlefield “did everything he could to support the MSPS and Catholic University.”
Our commitment to scholarship opportunities
Many students of the Metro School complete their undergraduate studies thanks to the generous support of alumni and friends. In fact, 39 percent of students receive some form of non-federal aid, while 55 percent receive some form of Catholic University scholarship.
