The Student Philanthropic Council (SPC) announces two weeks of virtual events for students to end the 2019-2020 academic year. Some are serious, and some are silly. But all of them will keep students connected to the Catholic University community so they can finish the year confidently with a smile.

Although SPC has developed most of these events specifically for students, they encourage the broader University community to show its support by participating. Even though students are finishing the year off campus, they are part of a vibrant family of alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends.

Virtual event schedule

For most of these virtual events, you'll need to post a themed photograph on Instagram and tag @CatholicSPC and an event-specific hashtag in your comments. Follow @CatholicSPC now!

More support for students

Our prayers are with students and their families during this stressful time. If you are a student experiencing hardship due to the COVID-19 crisis, please apply for aid through the Office of the Dean of Students. (Please contact cua-deanofstudents [at] cua.edu if you have any questions about the application process.)

If you are in a position to do so, please make a gift to the Light the Way Crisis Response Fund. Together, we can show our strength, compassion, and unity and help our students become tomorrow's leaders by continuing their Catholic University educations. Learn more about the fund.
