On November 9, we were joined by Peter Varga, B.A. 2019, to discuss his research on aesthetics and self-transcendence in psychology and how those topics relate to well-being. We discussed Varga's ongoing research at Oxford University and explored how the sciences inform our understanding of what it means to flourish, and how can we use these insights to grow personally and professionally.
