Cheers to 50 years: Larry Grassini, J.D. 1970, on law and wine

Through several gifts to the University — a bequest to create an endowed graduate nursing scholarship in the Conway School of Nursing, as well as gifts to fund current graduate nursing students with scholarships, and others to support both the Conway School and the Busch School of Business — Karen Coss Ridenour, M.S.N. 1972, wants to make sure others have the same opportunity she did.

Dr. Themistocles “Tim” D'Silva, Ph.D. Chemistry 1964, has made a gift to Catholic University in memory of his late wife, Dr. Rose Marie D'Silva, also Ph.D. Chemistry 1964, who passed away in June of 2019. The Rose Marie D’Silva Endowed Scholarship symbolizes her commitment to quality education for all.

On Giving Tuesday 2021, 189 donors contributed more than $75,000 to student scholarships at The Catholic University of America. These generous donors have opened the University's doors to even more young people.
