About James McField

James is a branch director and assistant vice president at Robert Half, the world's largest accounting and staffing firm. His role has helped him develop the skills an insight to discern what separates an exceptional job candidate from a good candidate. He graduated from the Busch School of Business in 2016 with a degree in business.
