On December 9, we were pleased to rejoice with our community as we looked forward to celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.

Most Reverend Michael F. Burbidge, bishop of the Diocese of Arlington, joined us for our CUOnline virtual event. He shared his thoughts on the Advent season and provided ways for us to reflect on our faith and the sustenance it gives us during these challenging times.

Bishop Burbidge has served as the fourth bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington since December 2016. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Catholic University of America.
