Support the Legacy of the Sales Program

The Sales Program is uniquely designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge necessary for success in the dynamic field of sales. Through a blend of theoretical coursework and practical experiences, students gain insights into consumer behavior, ethical negotiation strategies, and effective communication techniques. Sales students graduate as well-formed individuals who rise quickly into leadership positions because of their ethics training.

For the next four years, Pat, B.A. 2016 and Christa Narus will match every gift made to the Busch School’s Sales Program—dollar for dollar, up to $50,000 per year.

Each annual campaign runs through April 30, inviting alumni, partners, and friends to rally behind and strengthen one of the Busch School’s most dynamic and impactful programs.

Your gift to the Narus Match directly supports:

  • Program growth and innovation, empowering students to lead with confidence, character, and faith.
  • Leadership and operations funding for the Sales Program, ensuring its long-term success and stability.
  • The continued realization of Professor Mark Weber’s vision, whose founding leadership has shaped generations of Catholic University students

The Story Behind the Match

Pat, B.A. 2016 and Christa Narus met during their college years in Washington, D.C. While at Catholic University, Pat was a multi-year starter on the NCAA DIII Football Team, and Christa, who graduated from George Washington University, has since become an honorary Catholic University alumna.

Pat was a student in Professor Weber’s very first Sales class, which helped launch his career. The lessons of integrity, relationship-building, and service became the foundation for a thriving career in Sales.

Out of gratitude, he and Christa made a transformational gift to support the program’s future. Part of that gift established the Narus Family Sales Lab, a new, dedicated space for students to collaborate, practice, and grow.

Now, through the Narus Match, Pat and Christa are inspiring other alumni and families to join them—matching up to $50,000 per year for the next four years—to strengthen the program’s leadership, expand opportunities for students, and ensure the Sales Program continues to thrive long after Professor Weber’s tenure.

The Narus Match is more than a campaign—it’s a legacy of gratitude, mentorship, and faith in the next generation of Catholic University Sales leaders.
