Signature Events
CUOnline
CUOnline is a series of virtual events designed to offer alumni engaging and educational information on today's most relevant topics brought to you by the Catholic University community.
Alumni Association Awards Ceremony
During this regularly occurring event, we honor the extraordinary work and service of Catholic University's most distinguished alumni.
Cardinal Day of Service
Imagine alumni, parents, students, faculty, staff, and friends of Catholic University uniting for a day to volunteer in their communities. Although separated geographically, we can serve as one. Our bond would be stronger than the distances that separate us. Our sum would be greater than our parts. Our impact would be truly awesome.
The Founders Day Giving Challenge
Every year in early April, we come together as a community to make a difference and celebrate the day Catholic University was founded, April 10, 1887, by conducting an annual giving challenge. By presenting shared goals and stimulating friendly rivalries, we foster a communal sense of Cardinal pride.
Senior Class Gift
Each year, the senior class rallies to advance Catholic University by generously contributing to the Senior Class Gift. This year, the students on the Student Philanthropy Council ask the Class of 2025 to give back to the departments and organizations on campus that made the greatest impact on your time here as CatholicU students.
Giving Tuesday: #GivingTuesday
On the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, consider making The Catholic University of America a philanthropic priority during the giving season. Be a part of a larger cause by making a gift to the University and sharing your support on social media.
Cardinal Athletics Giving Challenge
Who would win between football and basketball? Lacrosse and tennis? Golf and volleyball? We’ll never have a definitive answer, but with the Cardinal Athletics Giving Challenge, we level the playing field so that the varsity sports can compete against each other. This year's challenge dates will take place between October 23-30.
Athletics Hall of Fame
In collaboration with the Athletics Department, we recognize and honor alumni and coaches who made distinguished contributions to varsity athletics at Catholic University.
Cardinal Weekend
Cardinal Weekend is Catholic University’s annual homecoming and reunion extravaganza. All alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and students are invited to take part in the largest gathering of the CatholicU Cardinal family.
