Duffy Hanna serves as president of Howard Hanna Financial Services, where he oversees the company's wholly-owned mortgage, title, and insurance operations. His leadership includes the development of risk management policies and speaking engagements across the country focused on risk management for real estate professionals.
With extensive experience in real estate finance, Duffy holds the Accredited Mortgage Professional designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association, is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking, and is a candidate for the Certified Mortgage Banker credential. He earned his B.A. from The Catholic University of America in 1997 and later received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Duffy's commitment to service is evident in his roles as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Girls Hope Pittsburgh and former Chairman of both the YPO Pittsburgh Chapter and St. Anthony School Programs. His dedication to mentorship and youth development complements his professional accomplishments.
He and his wife, Dana, reside in Fox Chapel, Pennsylvania, with their three children: Jimmy, Freddy, and Elise. Duffy’s dedication to family, leadership, and community underscores his broad impact both personally and professionally.
