Bobby D’Ambrosia is the founder and CEO of Life’s Locker Room, a leadership development and personal growth training company. Bobby also owns a luxury travel agency, Dream Vacations, specializing in luxury European river cruises and customized Italy vacations.
He is a professional speaker, trainer, and coach, and is a certified member of the John Maxwell Team. He has helped his clients maximize their true potential and become more effective in their personal lives and professional careers. Bobby has served on the president’s advisory council of the John Maxwell Company. He also spent many years with the Tony Robbins organization assisting in leading Tony Robbins' Unleash the Power Within events around the country.
He is a certified behavioral analysis consultant (DISC) and has more than 25 years of experience leading sales organizations and 15 years of experience training and speaking on maximizing potential, personal development, mindset, leadership, DISC, communication, and sales strategies.
Prior to starting his speaking and coaching business, Bobby was a partner in a successful residential real estate company, Evolution Real Estate Partners. The company was consistently ranked as one of the top companies in the Central New Jersey region. He has trained and spoken to top real estate producers and at the top-tier real estate brokerages. Bobby has authored various training programs such as Roots to Results and Anatomy of a Sales Conversation Using DISC. Bobby is very involved in his local community, serving as a member of the board of directors for the Brick Chamber of Commerce. He ran the career days at the Brick Township Schools for many years.
Bobby is a husband and father of two wonderful children. He currently resides in Brick, N.J., with his wife, Stephanie. In the winter months, they reside in La Quinta, Calif. Bobby graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., in 1984, where he played football.
