Each year, a collection is taken up in parishes around the country in support of Catholic University. This financial support is a key part of our operational resources. Because we believe that each gift — no matter the amount — is important we want to be able to properly acknowledge your generosity.
Below you will find a short survey to indicate your gift to the National Collection in your parish. Please fill out the information and we will be sure to count your gift along with others and show the true support of our alumni, parents, and friends from around the country!
Why we're asking
Catholic University does not receive information on who made gifts to the collection from your local parish or diocese. No matter the amount, we want to include you in our family of supporters.
Please Note: By filling out this form you allow Catholic University to recognize you as a donor to the University once the collection proceeds have been received from your diocese or archdiocese.
